Option to disable keeping track of known systray icon titles

xfce4-panel keeps track of the titles of systray icons that it has encountered so far, and stores them on disk. This can be a privacy problem in some contexts, e.g.: https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-issues/issues/11135

It would be great to have an option disabling this.
