FR: Allow configuring overflow arrow position (start/end) in Status Tray plugin

When the Status Tray plugin is used with left-aligned icons in the panel, the overflow arrow appears at the far right end of the plugin, far from the visible icons. It would be helpful to have a setting to keep the arrow at the start (left) of the plugin instead, so it's adjacent to the icons it controls.
