Switching workspaces when scrolling with mouse wheel over pager doesn't work with Compiz
Using your mouse wheel over the workspace pager switches the workspace. When using Compiz as the window manager, this doesn't work: Compiz doesn't use real workspaces but uses viewports over just one workspace.
The attached patch fixes this.
