Can't oversize icons no more

Fixed icon size (pixels) doesn't go larger than the actual panel anymore. You can still set it to a higher number, but it won't enlarge them further at some point. I like them being twice the size, and cut off. Gives it a stylish look. Now the symbols are tiny. I hate it.

I updated to Openbsd 7.7, and I noticed right after updating the packages. I bet you saw it as a bug, but I loved it. I have xfce4-panel-4.20.4 from the official repo.
