[Feature Request] Add option to duplicate panel across monitors

Hello XFCE4 developers. Excuse some mistakes as I am new on the forums. I've been using XFCE4 and am loving it!

I wondered if it could be possible to add a feature where I am able to duplicate a panel across monitors. For a visualization example think of the Windows task bar, its copied across monitors. I am trying to make desktop environment where the panels do not look stretched. Right now when I add a second monitor my bottom panel is stretched to full width without regard for the items.
