unchecking the "show windows from all monitors" option in Window Buttons shows no windows at all

After my upgrade to Xubuntu 24.10 my Window Buttons no longer shows windows from the current monitor when I un-check the option to show windows from all monitors. As if it doesn't think there are any windows on the current monitor.

I've tried re-crating the panel, making a floating panel and dragging it between screens just in case it would re-check for windows. Nothing.

xfce4-panel 4.19.3 (Xfce 4.18) All patches from oracular oracular-updates oracular-backports applied through apt. This was working before the upgrade.

Let me know what else you might need to solve this

Fixed in 4.19.5 (latest version is 4.19.6) by 35f81ada and 308fd275. It may require libxfce4windowing 4.19.5 too (latest version is 4.19.9).
