Keep getting SIGABRT errors and crashes

I upgraded from Xubuntu 22.04 to the latest 24.04 LTS. I did some basic things in the default panel like enlarging or changing fonts for the clock and adding plugins. As soon as I rebooted the system on the startup I got 2 error windows and crashes. One is "xfce-panel 4.18.4-1build2" and the second was "libxfce4panel-2.0-4 4.18.4-1buld2". This happens every time I reboot the system those 2 crash errors will always pop up like a startup screen. I even tried doing a fresh install of Xubuntu 24.04 to see if this will fix the problem, but that didn't do anything either as soon as you reboot the system without touching or changing anything you will still get those 2 crash-errors no matter what you do they always pop up. I even tested this on Distro Sea and tried the Latest Xubuntu 24.04 LTS when you log out and log back in those 2 crash errors will show up again. How do you fix this problem why does it happen on a fresh install when you don't change, touch or do anything? Plz fix this it's a horrible experience getting errors and crashes welcoming you as soon as you boot up?
