`Xfce4-panel` / `Xfconfd` is overwritting configs when edited manually.

Heyo,

I have a bit of issues with xfce4-panel, because xfconfd is overriding it's configurations. Even if I do:

xfce4-panel -q
nano ~/.config/xfce4/panel/...
xfce4-panel

As far as I know from Unix StackExchange issue, xfconfd must be shutted down.

Although, is there going to be some option like Load config from file for xfce4-panel configuration menu?

Also what's weird is that, only xfce4-panel configs are being overwritten while edited manually.
