Uppercase does not work
Well, I tried putting uppercase "^" letters on the xfce clock itself.
(At least, it doesn't work in the Brazilian Portuguese language)

This is not supported by GDateTime. I've updated the doc about this. Use the Pango syntax instead: <span text_transform="uppercase">%A</span>

Is there any way to use this command only for the first letter of %A?
Not that I know of. Please don't reopen this issue, there's nothing we can do about it here.
