Autohide function lost after spend

Description

Hardware Lenovo T410 with 1600*900, OS: OpenSuSE 12.3

My panel is located on the right hand side of the screen. After a reboot the panel is automatically hiding as set. If I suspend Linux (keep in RAM, not to disk), restart the notebook and login the panel remains on top of all desktops. Any change of panel settings (autohide on -> off,... ) is ignored.
