[Bug] icons do not reliably show up in systray

Hello,

I have recently been trying out Xfce 4.16 (clean install of Ubuntu 22.04, I used to use 20.04). I have encountered a bug with an application called Mailspring. The Mailspring tray icon seems to have only ever shown up once in the tray, I can't seem to have it reliably show up in the tray:

I'm using the Mailspring snap, if that matters. Please let me know if there's any other information I should provide.

edit: It looks like qbittorrent (installed as a deb) does not seem to show up in the tray either.
