Improve a bit the panels for different resolutions

Let me give you an example, this configuration:

The vertical/horizontal height can be calculated in percentage so it can easily adapt to multiple screens. But the width is in pixels. So if you combine two panels like I did in the above, then on different resolutions it will look odd:

On big resolutions it is a gap between the panels:

On small resolutions they overlap:

To fix this how about you add an option to also calculate the width of a panel in percentage? If the height of a panel is 97% and the width of another one is 3% they should fit perfectly fine on any device and look better overall, isn't it?
