Feature request: Ability to customize 'Show Desktop' size/icon

The Show Desktop panel plugin is currently very simple, and it's look is dependent on whatever icon theme you are running. While you could modify this, I suggest there be a way to customize the icon/shape.

For example, the ability to add your own custom icon, or change the button's shape to be more like the various versions on Windows
