Systray plugin always having icon artifacts

Systray plugin always shows icon artifacts when the systray was moving or the icons on the tray changes/animates. Even when right clicking icons on systray, some parts of menu context are caught by systray-tray as artifact. This issue has been plagued since version 4.16.0
