Posible issue with Passive Statusnotifier Item

While discussing in https://gitlab.com/scarpetta/qtwaw/-/issues/6, me and scarpetta noticed weird behavior: The program only shows the icon in panel plugin when there is a message and the only difference is the state of the Status notifier, but the program is Following the open desktop specifications (https://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Specifications/StatusNotifierItem/StatusNotifierItem/#org.freedesktop.statusnotifieritem.status).

So it might be possible that the Add-on doesn't work with the Specifications, so it would be nice if you could check if there is a problem.

If anyone seeing this had similar problems with another application and knows how to fix, please leave a comment.
