Description
Created attachment 4466 Panel when an empty workspace is shown
When the Workspace Switcher shows an empty workspace, i.e. a workspace with no windows that produce miniatures, it shifts one pixel to the right if right aligned. When that happens, it also causes all the other right aligned panel items to shift with it. It shifts back when a workspace with miniature windows is shown again.
The method of switching workspaces (click, keyboard shortcut, scrollwheel) doesn't matter. It does not happen if the workspace switcher is left aligned.
Attached are two screenshots of the right part of my panel that show this - observe the single pixel column at the right of "°C" (I have of course been very careful to crop the exact same area to show this).
This is not a major problem; it's just a bit ugly to have the panel icons judder back and forth.
xfce4-panel is 4.10.0-0ubuntu1~ppa1.
