applications menu plugin doesnt set small property

Description
Working on fixing various panel plugins to properly honor nrows property, i realized that appmenu doesnt set small and thus is a bit ugly on multirows panels. I'm tempted to use the same code as for launcher (ie set small to true only if !deskbar and !show title).
