Specify position of visible separator which is expanded.

Hello,
Small feature request: add a position option left/center/right for the separator plugin. It can be useful when setting the separator as "expanding". This way you won't need to introduce two separators in your panel in this case: one that is extended and transparent, and a second one with the separator visible.
