Impossible to select a window from grouped-windows by hitting Enter

Description

Reproduce

• Create Panel with grouped windows.
• Start several instances of mousepad.
• <All instances/windows are grouped as one>
• left-mouse-click on the group
• <list of all windows/instances appears>
• Use the arrow-keys to navigate through the list
• Hit the Enter key on one of the list items.

Expected:

• The window opens.

Actual:

• Nothing happens.
