[enhancement] Default size of Add New Items window is quite small

Description

When adding new items to the panel, the Add New Items window opens with a size of around 200x300 pixels. The first thing I do after it opens it enlarge it -- in height it shows about 6 items and the width it's too narrow to show the descriptions of many of the plugins. I think that with today's popular screen resolutions, a default size of around 350x450 would make more sense.
