[feature request] Add "disable workspace cycling"

Description
Hello. I guess it'd be useful to introduce "disable workspace cycling" option. When for example you reach left workspace you can't go left more ("Left workspace" hotkey just does nothing), same with rightmost workspace.
It works in Win10 this way atm.
