Get rid of deskbar mode

Description

I have been trying out the panel preferences like:

Mode: Horizontal, Vertical, Deskbar

I dont get why there are two types of vertical. One called vertical and one called deskbar which is also vertical but does not have vertical in its name. Deskbar should show plugins horizontally but then again the plugin might have a setting to do the opposite like "Invert buttons orientation" in Actions Buttons.

Would it not be better to have the following?:

Panel orientation: Horizontal, Vertical

Plugins orientation: Horizontal, Vertical

That way users dont have to be confused about what deskbar is. And then you can choose plugins orientation in both horizontal and vertical panel modes. Not just in the vertical modes.
