xfce panel, sometimes not there on startup, and sometimes stops responding

Description

ArchLinux i update every day.

xfce panel, sometimes not there on startup(can fix by (xfce4-panel &)) and sometimes stops responding, cant interact with any part of it(have to terminate and restart)

when i run it through terminal these errors show up(but might not be the ones that caused the lack of response):

xfce4-panel
