[4.11] Icons of Qt Applications do not resize

Created attachment 5767 sample with size 36

In settings, I increase the max. size for the icons, all Gtk3 applications do resize automatically their icons. But random Gtk2 and Qt seems to not care.

Maybe dup of bug #3233 or bug #10189.
