Applications menu Edit menu icon missing

Hello! I noticed that the icon for the menu editor (icon named alacarte) is not included. This means that there is no fallback for the icon, resulting in missing icon. This is not an issue when using another icon theme that includes the icon, but it would be nice if it was actually provided into the hicolor icon theme.

Since alacarte is the name of the program, it would be better to use a different name (to avoid clashing in hicolor icon theme). xfce4-menueditor was part of xfdesktop, but isn't anymore, maybe it could be used here.

I also open this bug on Whiskermenu plugin (link), but I think it would be better if the solution was provided here, and then the whiskermenu would just use the same icon.

Another solution would be to use the name menulibre, as most distros ship it by default. In that case, providing an icon would not be required, as it already comes with the menulibre app.
