- Two outputs (monitors) enabled, stacked on top of each other: Top=1920x1080, bottom=2560x1600
- Horizontal panel on top edge of screen
- Output = Automatic
The panel will use the width of the widest monitor, i.e. 2560px. But it will be displayed on the top monitor which only has 1920px. So the sides of the panel will be cut off.
Manually reducing the width of the panel to 1920 doesn't work, because it will still be left-aligned. Setting the top monitor as Primary and setting Output=Primary works around this bug, but this is not always desireable.

There are multiple ways how I can recreate the issuse:
### Plug in a Second Monitor
When I plug in a second monitor with my thunderbolt dock, the miniature view gets double the size in the horizontal direction.
When i plug out the dock, the size of the miniature view stays the same.
### Rotate the Screen
When the rotation of the monitor is changed in the display settings, for example to left rotation, the user has 10 seconds to keep the configuration after clicking apply. After the timeout has run out and the settings change back to the previous configuration the miniature view does not get updated.
With a non-rotated screen my miniature view looks like this after the above procedure on a 16:9 monitor:

The miniature view with 4 workspaces (and open applications on them) shows still a rotated display.4.18.5Gaël BonithonGaël Bonithonhttps://gitlab.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-panel/-/issues/783The up, down, left, and right key mapping conflicts and become ABDC2023-08-17T13:11:35Z张一角The up, down, left, and right key mapping conflicts and become ABDCequipment 1:

I've started the panel from the terminal, with PANEL_DEBUG = all, and I'm attaching the pastebin :

And nothing new shows up in the debug log when trying to change the number of rows.
I've checked I have the exact same configuration in another VM with xfce4 as the WM, and it shows the rows beautifully there.
Let me know how to provide extra info, regarding this maybe weird setup with LXDE + XFCE4.

Shutdown, Suspend Switch User can be disabled but not Logout.
Proposed solution:
In function `panel_window_menu_popup`
the statement `if (!panel_window_get_locked (window))` {
could be extended to wrap around the `/* logout item */` from line 3646 and disable Logout menu as well when locked.

The only extra thing I would like to have/add on my xfce is the option to change light to dark themes upon user desired defined time frame. So on daylight I would like light theme and beyond let's say 21:30 I would prefer to switch automatically to a dark theme. Think I'm not the only one that would be happy to have this feature on xfce board.
On daylight is easier for the eyes to have a light theme while on night time it's much comfortable a darker theme.
Tnx and hope this feature to make life easier for those like me that permanently adjust light-dark themes upon daytime.

## Description
A very high system load occurs up to the point that the system becomes unresponsive if the verve plugin is used.
The behaviour is confirmed in Xubuntu 16.04 and the upcoming Xubuntu 18.04.
To reproduce the behaviour do:
1. create an second, empty panel and move it to the bottom of the desktop
2. place the verve command line within the panel
-> Note: up to this point the behaviour is alright when using the verve command line
3. configure the panel to hide "intelligently" and close all config dialogs
4. try to use the verve command line
The result should be high processor load and a flickering mouse pointer and panel.

Many, but not _all_. For example, the title of main application menu (called "Applications" in English), shows junk characters instead of Ukrainian "Програми" -- bad. However, in the popup menu itself, the entries are still listed in proper Cyrillic.
This seems like a 4.18 regression -- I still have 4.16 installed on a different machine, and everything looks good there. Changing `LANG` to `uk_UA.UTF-8` fixes the problem, but I'd rather stick to the 8-bit encoding...

Looking at btop or htop, the genmon plugins seem to be using about 31 MB of RAM each. This is irrespective of the script they have, I even made a new panel and added a brand new one and it still used 31MB of RAM.
Some of the other plugins are also using a lot of RAM. I've included a screenshot of btop.

This is extremely annoying. It often takes several attempts to find and connect to the network I want. Sometimes it happens right before I click, so the menu disappears and the click gets registered by the window underneath, and does something unwanted.

I clicked on the "NetworkManager Website" link, which was `http://www.gnome.org/projects/NetworkManager/`. But this redirected me to `https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps`. And there is nothing about the NetworkManager applet on that page.
I found this page `https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/NetworkManager`. But it looks like it is about the underlying NetworkManager deamon, not the XFCE tray GUI applet, which is where my actual problem is.
So I don't know where I'm meant to report the bug. I had to find this gitlab from Google and I'm still not sure it's the right place. The program doesn't make it clear where I'm meant to report bugs in the GUI.
