Panel items listed in preferences but not rendered. This bug is recurring regularly, but not easily reproducible. Are there any log files / debug flags that could help track down this issue? Thanks!

Elements placement differs in two different states: no window buttons shown and at least one window button present. In the second case, all panel elemens (tray, custom button, clock etc.) are moved 1 pixel to the left. It may seem as a minor issue not worth fixing, but believe me when I am switching from desktop with windows to a desktop without any this panel movement is REALLY annoying (my panel configuration is to show windows only from current display).
I've attached screenshot of the panel in both cases described above and ypu can clearly see 1 px move to the left when there is a window button it is NOT my bad gimp editing skills.
Not sure though if it is purely separator bug and AFAIR there was no such issue in XFCE 4.8.

## Description
In Xfce 4.10 the panel separator does not have the "New Line" option anymore.
I guess this is a feature as the panel itself can be configured to have two lines since 4.10
But in my eyes this is more a bug as I cannot reconstruct my panel layout now. A second line now does not bring more space for most applets. Only the task bar and the starters use more than one line while the applications menu uses the full space for example.
My preferred panel layout is a top panel with two rows where the second row does only contain the task bar and the upper line contains apps menu, clock, starters etc.
I cannot reconstruct this layout now nor can I have the same space effectiveness by any other layout...
It would be nice to have the second line feature back in some kind. Perhaps it would be good to have an option for every applet that defines whether it is shown in one or two lines height. But I guess this will produce some conflicts concerning the layout system.
