[Feature Request] Launch on single click

Hi,

Could a preference option be added ("Launch on single click" [bool]) to execute the currently selected item on single-click (instead of the currently required double-click). A single-click of an item would thus both select the item (as it currently does) and also launch the item (as a double-click currently does).
