Allow the usage of custom actions when in expanded mode

xfce4-appfinder 4.14.0 (Xfce 4.14)

I've noticed that custom actions only seem to work when running with --collapsed. I find this confusing. It requires me to make two separate application shortcuts inside of XFCE for the application finder: one that I can use custom actions from, and then another where I can view the full application menu.

To summarize:

The finder's "launch" button remains disabled when typing a custom action in expanded mode. I would like to be able to use my custom actions in expanded mode.

Thank you for giving this issue your attention.
