Steps to reproduce - - Create a folder with 10000 files in it && cd into it. - Select all the files and open the properties dialog. - Select a background color & apply it. The application should become unresponsive. The application does return to normal but after a considerable amount of time. I'm working on finding the problem. I tested using GPROF as per the wiki.
