Add a "Create New Action Based On An Existing Action" option or a "Clone Action" option in the Custom Actions settings window

It would be very helpful to have a "Clone" (or some other name you think it's best) button that would allow me to copy an existing custom action to modify it into a new custom action.
The new button could be under the + button maybe.
The user should select a custom action, then clicking the "Clone" button would open the "Create Action" window and all the fields on that window would be already filled with the stuff from the selected custom action.
I have a lot of custom actions, and I mean a lot, and this would be very helpful to add even more custom action.
