Improve file highlight style in icon view

Good day!

In Thunar 4.16, icon and filename were selected separately.

In Thunar 4.18, there is a single (circled-corners square) selection.

When was this changed? I mean a merge request, commit, discussion, etc.

P.S. Why do I ask? I find it strange this selection's height is common per row. Maybe, some discussions can be found.
