Image Preview improvements

Suggestions for the Image Preview side pane in standalone mode:

• change vertical alignment from top to centered
• show image-x-generic-symbolic and hide file size when no image file is selected
• file size should be shown in binary or decimal (misc-file-size-binary)
• add top border (removed on purpose?)
