File thumbnails disappear sometimes after double clicking

Between 4.17.9 and 4.17.10, I've noticed that when double clicking on files that have thumbnails (in my case, audio files with embedded album art), sometimes the thumbnail disappears and reverts to the generic icon your icon pack has until you refresh, which then it shows them all again.

The bug only shows, when the image preview sidebar is enabled.
