Thunar jumps to a new file

This is an issue as there exist some programs that create and delete files in directories with reasonably high frequency, making Thunar completely unusable in that directory while they're working. Please see this video for a demonstration.

Secondarily it'd be nice if new files were put somewhere that didn't cause the file list to jump around, such as at the end of the list to be sorted upon refresh.
