Ejecting USB storage device with two devices that have the same name

I have two external USB storage devices. One is a WD Easystore 14TB drive and the second one is a Seagate 14TB drive. They both show up in thunar as "14TB Volume". The eject icon is on the second one. When I eject the second one, both storage devices get ejected, but the mounting location of the one I didn't eject still exists.

Example: Devices

File System 4.3 GB Volume 14 TB Volume 14 TB Volume

The mount locations of them are:

/media/username/ABC45CD89DD23AA4 first 14 TB Volume

/media/username/DDEE9383BA23FAA2 second 14 TB Volume

After ejecting the second 14 TB Volume the mount locations of them are:

/media/username/ABC45CD89DD23AA4 first 14 TB Volume

The second 14 TB Volume was ejected and the mount location removed. When I view the first 14 TB Volume directory, it is now empty - it has been umounted.

Both drives are formatted in NTFS.
