Drag and drop with "save as" dialog does not work anymore

Actual Version: thunar 4.16.11, arch linux

It is not possible to drop folders from the breadcrumb into the "save as" file dialog, as earlier versions of thunar was able to. I attach 4 images, they explain the behavior:
