View accels not working after initial startup

The keyboard shortcuts defined in thunar_standard_view_action_entries do not work initially when Thunar was started in daemon mode.

• thunar -q
• thunar --daemon
• thunar ~
• Ctrl+S should open the Select by Pattern dialog

Note that, Ctrl+A to select all files will work regardless, because it is defined in exo-icon-view and GtkTreeView already.
