Inbuilt Shortcuts in SidePane aren't movable

However, the shortcuts added by User are movable but shortcuts that are present there from very start (namely, Computer, user, Desktop, Trash) are not movable. It can look like somewhere between issue and feature but still more of issue as other shortcuts can be arranged then these should be too.
