Make toolbar configureable

It would be useful to be able to configure the controls in the toolbar, so they could be show/hidden, reorganized and added/removed.

The functionality to edit the toolbar can work similar to the xfce panel, where you right-click and a context menu appears which give you a menu item for this option. The option would also need to be accessible in the View menu.
