Change term 'Shortcut' to 'Bookmark'

Thunar uses the term 'Shortcut' for 'Bookmark' and this isn't good as the term shortcut is commonly used for symlinks and bookmark is used in other file managers (Nautilus, Nemo, Caja, PCManFM) and the file they are saved in is ~/.config/gtk-3.0/bookmarks.
