Support .desktop action entries

Description

Hello,

I would like to request from the developers of Thunar to restore or implement desktop actions in the same manner of KDE4 (Dolphin) in addition to the currently available method.

There are plenty of others that can be found at http://opendesktop.org/content/search.php?xsortmode=new&search=1&type=0&user=&text=Service+Menu&sort=0&scorefilter=0&license=99&page=0 one of them is KDE-Services by Geovani Barzaga Rodriguez which has over 9,000 hits at opendesktop.org and sourceforge.net (over 4,500 each).
