sendto action results in multiple Open With entries

When using the sendto function, something is generating userapp-*.desktop files (in ~/.local/share/applications) for each instance of a sendto action. These files are identical in content but are showing up as multiple entries in the "Open With" menu and dialog unnecessarily cluttering the dialog.

To replicate using the send to Mail Recipient:

1. right-click and file and select Send To > Mail Recipient (no need to send email)
2. right-click the file again and notice that an "Open With Mail Recipient" entry exists
3. a "userapp-Mail Recipient-*.desktop" file has been created in ~/.local/share/applications
4. repeat step one numerous times
5. notice that multiple entries now exist for "Open With Mail Recipient" in the Open With submenu or the "Open With" dialog. Also note that numerous content-identical "userapp-Mail Recipient-*.desktop" files exist in ~/.local/share/applications

Continued use of the send-to function will unnecessarily clutter the Open With dialog. Deleting the userapp files cleans out the extra entries. I don't recall seeing these extra entries in previous versions of thunar.
