Additional configurable trash and delete options

It would be nice to be able to fine tune the trash and delete options to exactly how a user would like them to work.

• Ask before emptying the Trash or deleting files (Nautilus[1], Nemo, Caja, Dolphin, Windows Explorer[2])
• Ask before moving files to the Trash (Nemo, Caja, Dolphin, Windows Explorer[2])
• Bypass the Trash when the Delete key is pressed (Nemo, Windows Explorer[3])

[1] Nautilus' option is limited to emptying the Trash.
[2] Windows has a single option for the display of a delete confirmation dialog.
[3] Windows has an option that files are permanently deleted if they bypass the trash irrespective of which key or context menu entry is used.
