Custom actions not available in side pane

Hello,

I often use the side pane in tree mode. However, the right-click menu is quite limited. In the past it showed configured custom actions for folders, which it doesn't anymore. This was super useful, as I could e.g. do a "Open terminal here". Now I have to navigate one level up, find the folder again, and right-click that to do the same.

Please implement custom actions for the tree side pane again.
