Previous file in list is selected when deleting one

Thunar version:

The issue occurs since at least 8f177fac, but not above 3114555c (included).
I can't be more precise, because commits in between do not compile (or I wasn't able to make them compile).

Steps to reproduce:

• select a file
• right click -> delete

Actual behavior: the selected file is deleted and the previous file in list is automatically selected

Expected behavior: no other file should be selected when the one selected by the user has been deleted

This is not a big problem, but it's quite disturbing, as it's not a usual behavior.
