Menu -> Edit -> cut/copy/paste does not work for location entry

Description
steps to reproduce
- dont select any file
- select some text in location bar
- Open Menu->Edit
Expected: Text could be copied with "copy"
Actual: Copy is disabled

- Master ( + GtkAction-removal branch)
