Migrate existing exo-open commands in ~/.config/Thunar/uca.xml

Steps to reproduce

1. Run Thunar 4.21.x with a ~/.config/Thunar/uca.xml file from 4.20.x
   • The file should contain a command like exo-open --working-directory %f --launch TerminalEmulator
2. In any folder, right-click and select "Open Terminal Here"

Current behavior

exo-open-WARNING **: exo-open is deprecated, use xfce-open from libxfce4ui >= 4.21.0 instead

Expected outcome

Should there be an auto-migration for these commands? It seems like every user would have to manually edit their existing uca.xml files to avoid warnings with Thunar 4.22.
