Horizontal scrolling shortcuts list navigates to previous tab

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Thunar preferences
2. Navigate to Shortcuts Tab
3. Scroll Shortcuts list

Current behavior

Scrolling left navigates to Advanced tab (tab on the left)

Expected outcome

Scrolling left does nothing

Additional information

I'm scrolling with a touchpad and I accidentally scroll to the left, which navigates me to the Advanced tab. This doesn't happen in xfce terminal's shortcut settings.

Maybe it has something to do with scrolling when hovering over tabs. I can scroll tabs in Thunar settings, but can't in xfce terminal settings.
