Feature: Permanent tabs

I'm sorry I posted this in the wrong section. I'm uncertain the correct place for a feature request. Currently you have the option to display the previous tabs when you restart Thunar. I would like the option of permanent tabs; tabs with a explicit warning when you want to close them, as opposed to normal tabs. A example of a permanent tab could be the Download directory in the home directory.

Some other file commanders already use permanent tabs, Freecommander for example.
